With reference to the subject cited above, l furnish herewith the detailed notification inviting applications from the eligible candidates of C21 Scheme 1st Semester, C-18, Scheme III, V, VI Semesters to appear for Regular Examinations commence from from 08-02-2022 onwards.
With reference to the subject cited above, it is to inform that, the Board -Diploma Regular End Exams C-21 Scheme I Sem and C-18 Scheme III & V Semesters were postponed from 18-01-2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation and Re-scheduled from 08- 02-2022 onwards.
In this connection, you are requested note the following and communicate the same to the students and staff with wide publicity.
1. The detailed Time Table enclosed.
2. The detailed timetable is also placed in the website www.sbtet.telangana.gov.in under notifications.
3. The Principals are requested to use OMR Answer Booklets which are already supplied in January-2022 to conduct the examinations.
4. To maintaining the physical distance among the students by making seating arrangements appropriately in view of COVID-19 Pandemic situation as per the Govt. Norms. And also requested to inform the students and parents to follow the below instructions during aforesaid Examinations.
Note :
- All the candidates shall carry their own hand sanitizer in transparent bottles.
- All the candidates shall cover their nose, mouth with mask/cloth.
- All the candidates shall follow Physical Distance
- Parents shall guide their ward(s) about the precautions to be taken by them to avoid spread of COVID -19 at Examination Centres.
If any discrepancies found shall bring to the notice of the âDeputy Secretary, EE-II Section in the Board through mail to: dysecy2-sbtet@telanagana.gov.inâ immediately for taking necessary action.
